Dear all, from a look-a-like summer in Holland the following news about subscription for Zwitserleven Ronde om Texel.

This year the "dispensation rule" for F18's is not applicable anymore.
If you want to subscribe as an F18 for the shorttracks, Texel Dutch Open en Ronde om Texel you have to show:
- a valid measurement certificate from 2009
- a valid proof of membership of the F18 Association of your country
If those items can't be produced you can not subscribe as an F18 and you will sail in the Open Class!
